Terms and Conditions
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and understand the Terms of Service below.
Any statement below is bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
I. General Rules
1. Please give clear instructions. Provide visual references and examples if possible.
2. Invasive or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.✅ I WILL DRAW: humans, anthro/furries, ferals, ocs, fanart.
❌ I WILL NOT DRAW: gore, mecha, NSFW / fetish-based art, art that is hateful or discriminatory in nature, or complex backgrounds.
II. Payment
1. Once a commission is approved, payment will be accepted via Ko-fi.
2. I will not work on a commission until full payment is received. Partial payments are allowed but will be cancelled if not fully completed within 3 months.
3. Prices may vary depending on complexity of design or other specifications. You will be informed of this fee.
III. Process
1. Work in Progress shots will be given upon request or when I have a question about the content of the commission.
2. Commissions may take up to 3 months to complete due to personal factors (health, work, school, etc.), complexity level, or order of commission.
3. If the commission needs to be completed by a specific date, please let me know in the initial proposal so I can plan accordingly.
IV. Customer Satisfaction
1. My goal is for customers to be as happy as possible with their commissions. Please ask if you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the piece. I will be more than willing to work with you!
2. Small changes can be made to the commission once completed, such as color correction, marking mistakes, or forgotten details.
3. Major changes to a completed commission will warrant an extra charge. Examples of major changes are: outfit change, pose change, or anything that may require me to redraw the piece.
V. Copyright / Usage Policy
1. As the artist, I retain rights to the artwork provided to the client. Thus, I am allowed to use the work to:
... Promote myself in any place or website
... Publish in a book
... Include in a portfolio
... Post in places that apply to me or my profession as an artist.The following is considered Copyright Infringement:
... Reproducing or using the artwork commercially / for direct monetary gain (unless previously discussed and agreed upon by the client and the artist)
... Claiming the artwork as your own work
... Removal of watermarks and/or signatures
... Altering the artwork without permissionNFT and AI
NFTS: Using the artwork in relation to Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), goods/services involving cryptocurrency and/or blockchain ledgers is prohibited.
AI: Using my artwork in artificial intelligence training data and/or any other forms wherein it will be fed to visual-producing AI programs (such as but not limited to Midjourney, Dall-e, and Stable Diffusion) is prohibited.
VI. Cancelling / Refund Policy
1. I have the right to cancel the commission and refund your money at any point.
2. Due to the nature of my work, you cannot cancel/refund the commission once it's been started. The only exception is for failure to meet a deadline.
3. If you file a chargeback against me, your right to all works I have created for you will be revoked and I have the right to resell these works to potential buyers. You will not be allowed to commission me again!
4. In the aforementioned scenario, I have the right to file a complaint through PayPal and retrieve the funds.Thank you for reading!
